Our Blend Solera 12 Blender
Santaren is a blend of premium rums. Perfect result of mixing, infusion and maceration of secret spices, where darkness, temperature and time manage to give life to a signature rum. Santaren is a select combination of old and young rums, spices and shrubs, creating a unique style to the final mix.
Santaren is made from:
- Young rums from Granada (Spain) at 79.8 ° and 95.8 °, optimum graduation where spices are macerated.
- Rum from Guyana, made with sugar cane from plantations on the banks of the Demerara River, aged at 75 ° for 12 months in American white oak barrels ex bourbon.
- Dominican Rum obtained from 100% Dominican sugar cane harvested manually and aged at 65 ° in 12-year Solera System in American bourbon oak barrels from Kentucky.
Processing and production
Santaren uses rums of different origins for his blend. A 12-year-old rum from the Dominican Republic, a golden rum from Guyana from plantations on the banks of the Demerara River and young rums from Spain
